Recruiter/Job Offer Fraud
Job recruiter fraud is a scam by impostors posing as recruiters or representatives of a company promoting fake job opportunities to job seekers. The scam is conducted through online communication and affects all types of companies, regardless of their size, across the United States.

Counterfeit Checks
Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company (MassMutual) is aware that certain individuals may have received counterfeit checks with MassMutual's name or logo on them.

Who should I contact about IRS Form 1099?
If you received an IRS 1099 form and you do not know why, please first contact the toll free service center number listed at the top right hand corner of the 1099 form. A service representative will review the account with you. If you believe after speaking with customer service that fraud may have occurred, please use the "Submit Report" button on this page to notify MassMutual's Special Investigation Unit.
