Variable Life Plus (VLP) (Policy Form B960-1A-8800 in most states and B960-1U-8800NC in North Carolina) is individual, participating, flexible premium, variable, whole life insurance and was issued by Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company (MassMutual), Springfield, MA 01111-0001, in New York. Dividends are not expected to be paid. VLP was issued in all other states by MML Bay State Life Insurance Company (MML Bay State), a subsidiary of MassMutual. The policy issued by MML Bay State is non-participating. We no longer offer VLP for sale to the public. Policy owners may continue, however, to make premium payments to their VLP policies.
